A sermon-trained model reads the transcript for the illustrations, Scripture turns, one-liners and altar-call moments that stand on their own in 30 to 60 seconds. Openings, announcements and the closing prayer are skipped.

Frames from each candidate are checked with vision: the preacher has to be on screen, and a clip that opens on a slide or a QR code is nudged past it or dropped. Fewer clips beat bad clips.
